Product Description
1. Features and application:
1) The machine refers to the latest foreign technology and optimizes the unit.
2) The machine has the advantages of even plastiction, low cutting speed, high output, long life span, and etc.
3) The machine consists of conial double screw extruder, vacuum stablizing table, drawing machine, cutting machine, film sticking machine and material tumbling frame.
4) The mainframe adopts imported transducer speed-adjuster, the temperature controller adopts Japan RKC brand. Auxiliary machine-Vacuum pump and drawing machine adopt excellent quality products, which is easy to maintain.
5) The machine can extrude the artificial wood foamed material, and the effect is much more better than the single screw. The plastic-steel door & window profile production line is equipped with the conial double screw extruder. Which can process the PVC Plastic door & window profile material, plastic-steel compound profile, profile cable multi-hole tubes, decroration profile, and etc.
