1. Features and application:
1) GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in manufacturing plastic PVC pipes with various tube diameters and thickness, which used in drainage in agriculture, architecture, and cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum finalizing table, tractor, cutter, stirring up rack, and etc.
2) The screw extruder and the tractor adopt the imported AC inverter speed-adjustor. The vacuum pump and the haul-off motor are with superior quality. The tractor has many modes such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and so on. It may choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type. It is additionally attached with measuring apparatus and the thickness intensifying device. The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.
